I'm Jesi, the owner/operator of StaffMyRIA. I am a native of South Carolina and currently live in Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland. I graduated from NewberryCollege in 2012 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Administration. Since then, I've lived in South Carolina, Texas, Colorado, and now gorgeous Scotland! I have an amazing husband and the two best dogs that bring a ton of laughter and joy to my life. We love adventure and the fact that my work is completely remote, allowing us to explore living across the globe! My background is in Fintech Operations and banking, both of which have led me to realize the importance of the people in the background making things happen. I am a whiz at paperwork, I love making tasks and jokes, and nerding out over my personal budget (YNAB is life!).

I enjoy tackling administrative and operational burdens in order to free up valuable time for my advisors to better focus on their clients' needs and relationships. I've worked with multiple custodians and firms and have carved a niche working between advisors, their clients, and custodians to make everyone's experience as seamless and painless as possible. I work to develop and maintain a casual and easy working relationship with all of my advisors and their clients.
